About the Job

The Rest Investment Team is undergoing a significant transformation as it aims to become the leading Investment Team in the Australian superannuation industry with a strong member focus and superior investment performance. This is an exciting role that will help drive efficient delivery from our vendor platforms and market data providers and support the Investment business with its continuous transformation and investment governance processes.

The Service Provider Analyst/Assistant Relationship Manager works within the Investments Services and Transformation enablement function, reporting to the Investments Business Manager and will focus on Service Providers policy and process, execution of Rest Investment Service Provider Governance framework and assist with vendor commercial executions. This will also be achieved through building strong relationships with our Head of Investment Technology, Head of Investment Services and Transformation, the Investment team the Group Procurement team and external vendors.

The Service Provider Analyst/Assistant Relationship Manager will assist the Service Provider Manager in carrying out the Service Provider Governance framework as well as ad-hoc projects and analysis to enable data driven analysis of our suppliers, commercial insights, improvements, Service Provider strategy and maintain a market leading Investment management practices across the Investment team’s suite of vendors.

You will play a key role in uplifting the way in which the Investment team holistically govern our portfolio of suppliers through the use of standards, measures and policy.

This is an exciting opportunity that will assist in managing vendors such as State Street / Charles River, FactSet, Market data providers such as Bloomberg and other Benchmark providers.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Working with the REST supplier management organisation to understand and Implement the Rest Supplier code of conduct for all Investment Service providers, aligning to our group level best of breed practices
• Assist the Service Provider Manager with the implementation and maintenance of Rest Group’s centralised service provider system, Third Party Risk Monitoring system (TPRM), and centralisation of contracts and service provider details for efficient monitoring of services and contracts.
• Assist in managing the relationship for a set of Service Providers for Rest Investment Team. This includes conducting regular meetings with Service Providers to ensure adherence to their committed key performance indicators (KPI) and enforcing service level agreements in place as well as ensuring Rest Investments team are kept up to date for any significant changes which may affect the Service Provider’s services to Rest Super.
• Escalate material and potential issues to the Service Provider Manager which will inform part of the escalations done to the Business Manager and General Manager of Investment Services and Transformation.
• Assist in tracking vendor costs to ensure alignment to yearly budget allocation and contracts, ensuring invoices are received and processed on time.
• Work with the Service Provider Manager to ensure regular due diligence is performed across all service providers in line with Rest’s policies, regulatory and compliance requirements. There will be an opportunity to lead the due diligence on your own for some of our Service Providers with assistance and coaching from the Service Provider Manager, as required.
• Assist with onboarding new vendors and ensure that the procurement process is followed and ensure all stakeholders are kept in the loop.
• Work with Rest Investment Team’s IT team to ensure license and user count are tracked and kept up to date. Conduct periodic license audit across Rest Investment Team.
• Work closely with Operational Risk and Compliance teams along with the Service Provider Manager to ensure all Service Providers are compliant and necessary artefacts are in place and meeting Regulatory requirements.
• Be a key contributor to recommendations provided by the Service Provider Manager to the Business Manager and General Manager of Investment Services and Transformation for improvements regarding our Service Provider Managers.
• Ensuring documentation and generation of supplier performance is kept up to date for tracking and escalation to the Business Manager and General Manager of Investment Services and Transformation for material issues.
• Support the Investment data strategy, data management capabilities, processes, and the organizational design via a robust vendor management framework and ability to investigate and identify various data providers in the market.
• Work with project teams and BA’s to help facilitate discussions with Service Providers when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the safe and successful delivery of Energy Solutions commercial solar projects from sales proposal development to handover in line with budget, schedule, and quality specifications.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related discipline including demonstrated experience as a project management or project engineer.

• Experience working for a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider and knowledge of national and state regulations and guidelines in Electrical and PV industry will be highly regarded.

• Demonstrated ability to manage third party consultants, and contractors as well as attention to detail and the ability to present and communicate information clearly and accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of the software systems Energy Solutions uses to manage its business (NetSuite, Procore, and 1Breadcrumb), Construction Induction Training, Working at Heights qualifications preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to a culture of health and safety, exceptional stakeholder management capability, including customer focus.

The Finance Risk Manager is a delivery role which will assist with risk and control assessment across Finance. We are currently seeking a Product Manager - Roadside Assistance who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product propositions for the B2B or consumer segments.

We work collaboratively across the Content & Discovery group, and other groups to identify & implement opportunities to drive user engagement through content. This group will be focused on developing the world’s most inspiring and valuable library of photos, videos, animations, illustrations, graphics, fonts, and more. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Project manager to join our customer-centric and dynamic Services team based in Sydney. This role is responsible for helping to ensure the successful Dynatrace deployment, adoption of Dynatrace customers and value realised by Dynatrace customers. You will work directly with our client teams’ as well as Dynatrace Services Consultants and Architects, Dynatrace One, Product Management, and Dynatrace sales teams.

The successful candidates will be highly organized with relevant project management experience, great communicator as well as solid technical competence. The ability to bridge discussions between business and IT team members is critical to this role’s success.

Required Experience: 

• Provides Project Management support for routine projects and can drive projects themselves within a functional, operational, or technical area. 
• Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration. 
• Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.

Purpose of your role

This role is an integral source of support for the Group Financial Controller in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.  You will be responsible for leading a global AP team, with employees in multiple regions, and overseeing the accounts payable function across multiple entities and regions.  You will work closely with the team to provide guidance and support to ensure invoices are approved, processed, and paid accurately within payment terms, along with completion of accurate and timely reconciliations and vendor subledger maintenance.

What you do

• Oversight of end-to-end accounts payable function, working closely with the accounts payable officer, accounts payable senior analyst and accounts payable analyst to provide support and guidance to ensure vendor details and transactions are maintained accurately in the Accounts Payable Platform (Concur) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounts payable module. 
• Ensure vendor payments are approved, paid, and reconciled in a timely manner and internal and external vendor payment queries are addressed and resolved. 
• Undertake ‘Accounting Review’ of invoices that are approved in Concur, to ensure the transaction reflects the invoice and appropriate accounting ahead of approval to post to the general ledger.
• Monthly review of accounts payable subledger and related suspense account balances, to confirm appropriate support, and follow up of any unreconciled balances.
• Continuously review and enhance accounts payable processes, leveraging automation and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Generate regular reports and analysis on accounts payable metrics, such as invoice processing time, payment accuracy, and vendor performance. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on the analysis.
• Stay updated on changes in global accounting standards and regulations related to accounts payable. Implement controls to mitigate fraud and other risks in the accounts payable function.
• Oversight of the financial controls and financial accounting associated with the corporate card program and the 3rd party commissions.
• Provide support for accounts payable related audit requests in a timely manner.
• Lead and develop the team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Manage workload distribution and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Design & Technical Services Manager, Pacific to join our team. You will be responsible for the interpretation of incoming project opportunities, ongoing project management and proposal of design concepts to improve product delivery across the Pacific region.  

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities.

• Prepare the project hotel space program and analyse spatial requirements to ensure efficiency and functionality.
• Coordinate and integrate the information supplied by Accor experts (standards and specifications for design, construction, MEP & specialized equipment and OS&E)
• Provide Development assistance such as area scheduling (space planning), project programming and reviewing of plans, layouts and project documentation for all premium, mid-scale and economy brands.
• Review, offer potential improvements and approve design documentation.
• Attend regular project team meetings to ensure that the AccorHotels standards (design, operation, maintenance, etc.) of the different hotels are met.

Rest’s Data, Technology and Delivery (DTD) business unit is accountable for planning and preparing the organisation for the future through strategic technology innovation, as well as charting our business strategy and executing for today and tomorrow.

The Product Engineering Manager will oversee and lead software development engineers responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising Rest’s mobile app, web portals and all customer facing digital capabilities, ensuring API development standards are followed along with security and compliance policies. The Product Engineering Manager plays a crucial role in providing guidance and technical leadership to the development of API and frontend functions in the product teams.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Ensure all changes to APIs are developed following the API platform team standards, this includes branching strategy, and right controls and checks in CI/CD pipelines that enforce and verify compliance with how APIs should be built, tested, deployed and operated. 
• Implement security best practices in the SDLC of API to protect sensitive data and transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards as well as standards set by platform teams including managing APIs access and authentication. 
• Oversee the release process for product API in every stage. Have contingency plans in place to address potential deployment failures or disruptions. Drive culture of zero-downtime deployments. 
• Enforce coding standards, testing practices, and documentation guidelines to ensure front end components and API are robust, well-tested, and well-documented to minimise the risk of bugs and vulnerabilities. 
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners and engineers to define scalable, reliable, and efficient API that meet product needs, while also assessing potential security and performance risks. 
• Oversee the entire SDLC of APIs and frontend components, including versioning, deprecation, and sunsetting of relevant APIs as well as secure practices for frontend code. 
• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship and goals and performance review. Foster professional growth of team members through career development, training and skill-building opportunities. 
• Drive initiatives to introduce observability and monitoring best practices. Monitor and optimise product APIs performance, stability, and reliability to handle increased traffic and usage, proactively addressing bottlenecks and issues
