As the Global Security Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a cohesive security portfolio implementing the defined strategy that protects our global operations, while supporting business growth and resilience. This role requires a dynamic leader with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring the safety of our people, technology, and assets across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the establishment and execution of a comprehensive Global Security Portfolio, including a pivoted cybersecurity program, ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable outcomes within budget and agreed timelines.
• Ensure all cybersecurity projects align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, driving the overall business vision forward.
• Collaborate with senior management, project managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources efficiently across the portfolio.
• Facilitate portfolio review meetings and steering committees, guiding leadership through key decision-making processes to optimize project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio initiatives to ensure the long-term security and resilience of the organization.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project managers and team members within the portfolio.
• Manage portfolio budgets and financials, ensuring financial efficiency across projects, with accountability for budgets ranging from $5M to $15M annually.
• Work closely with regional business units to ensure the success of cybersecurity initiatives on a global scale, fostering cross-regional communication and collaboration.
• Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring alignment with the portfolio’s goals.
• Serve as a critical member of the Global Security Leadership Team (GSLT), with delegated accountability from the Global CISO for the Global Security Portfolio.
• Lead the delivery of a portfolio valued between $5M and $15M annually, ensuring effective risk mitigation and financial oversight.
