Role Overview
The Operations Director will be responsible for a direct team of 3 people (and approximately 50 indirect), reporting directly to the Managing Director. This team is made up of Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance. The site is complex, with three manufacturing units on site covering sheet metal fabrication/cutting, paint lines, assembly and warehousing.
