We are seeking a Business Development Director to steer our growth strategy and elevate our commitment to providing unparalleled solutions for our clients. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, strengthening key relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

You will be leading a team of sales, business development managers and bidding professionals and collaborating with leaders across Education department.

What will make you successful in this role

  • Proven Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a business development context.
  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop and execute clear, effective strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of public sector operations, particularly in Government, Healthcare, or Education.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes, particularly with SaaS solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
