The Role

We're on the lookout for someone to join our awesome Customer Service team. They’re the first point of contact for our owners and hirers (customers) via phone, tickets, and live chat. They help our customers with all sorts of things from finding the right vehicle to hire, helping with listings, verification checks and managing breakdown and accident call-outs.

If you would like to join this incredible team, you’ll need experience in a customer service role (ideally in a call centre). We’re open to your industry experience but insurance, travel, hospitality or retail would help set you up for success. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for the safe expeditious delivery and pick-up of hospital equipment and supplies to assigned facilities in a defined region. Responsibilities include driving a ¾ ton pick-up truck dropping off and picking up supplies and ensuring that inventory is up to date and accounted for to meet all hospital and company standards. Responsible for ordering supplies from internal FMC as well as outside vendors.  Completes required inventories and provides records to Finance as required.  Orders and receives supplies through SAP.  Supports FMCNA's mission vision core values and customer service philosophy. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the direction of the Program Manager picksup and delivers equipment and supplies from/to assignedmedical facilities according to established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and behavingwith integrity in a courteousand professional manner.

• Supply and product duties include the following:

  • May set up productand/or place product on shelves or racks at customer sites; arranging from oldest to newest.  
  • Performsrotation and inventory checks of existing product ensuring that an adequate inventory is available for customers.
  • Orders all supplies at area storagefacility as needed reporting supply inventory monthly.
  • Ensures that outdated supplies are discarded and adjustments are made in SAP
  • Moves HD Machines Portable RO's PD Cyclers and NxStage Cyclers; may bleach machines and flush RO's
  • Maintains all store rooms in neat and tidy order within OSHA Guidelines
  • Stocks cartsand bins with medical suppliesas needed.

• Vehicle related responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To provide quality nursing care by Assessing, Planning, Implementing and evaluating individual patient and new born care.
To provide a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education maintaining high quality nursing care within a safe environment.
To develop and utilise strategies that encourage an atmosphere conducive to effective communication.
To work in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care promoting beneficial relationships.
When required, working on other wards in the Hospital.

What you'll need to succeed Essential Criteria:

Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum of 3 years Neonatal nursing level 2 nursery experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised in the Special Care Nursery
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently and within a team
Intermediate computer skills

Desirable Criteria:

Post graduate qualifications in Neonatal nursing (or working towards)

Remuneration If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020- 2024, a salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.59 per hour. About the Role

 As an Outcomes Lead at Community Connections, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered outcomes for the people we support. Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding, developing, and refining individual programs of support in line with a person’s NDIS goals
• Developing links to a person’s community that offer them greater opportunity for inclusion and the development of valued social roles
• Onboarding, supporting, supervising, and developing of assigned team members
• Managing transport logistics during service delivery
• Collaborating on service quality monitoring, planning, analysis, and reporting
• Working with the Leadership team to ensure smooth rostering and system updates
• Collaborating with peers to maintain accurate person-supported information and documentation
• Reviewing and approving Carelink entries in line with payroll and billing requirements
• Delivering hands-on disability support work as required
• Student placement supervision as required

 About You
