Key Purpose of the role
To manage and administer IP Enterprise, Data Centre & WIFI Technologies for BT and its Global customers.
Provide Level 3 technical support. Provide escalation support and liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate.

Your Responsibilities
• Form an integral part of 24*7 rota to provide in-life support
• Work on complex incidents, problems and changes within the Operational environment.
• Provide level 3 operational support and own the high priority incident while maintaining the agreed SLA.
• Be the technology SME for specialised product as per contract or business need
• Be the Contract SME obtaining full infrastructure, tools and process knowledge.
• Provide escalation support to team members including first and second line of defence.

• Provide consultancy and support in Vulnerability management, IOS upgrades and policy management.
• Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times, so that customers perceive BT to be a trustworthy organisation.

• Perform after hour support (rostered on call)
• Engage with equipment vendors for complex faults
• Maintain up to date information about configuration Items and their associations required to deliver telecommunications services.
• Develop good technical awareness of new product developments in emerging technologies.
• Manage own work effort effectively with minimum supervision.
• Work on own initiative, recommending and implementing improvements to the network.
• Mentoring and raising the technical skills of level 1 and 2 engineers
• Risk Analysis and Validate Changes to minimize the impact.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis for Low, Medium and High Severity Incidents and work with problem management team to close the identified gaps.
• Provide technical review of changes being implemented by the projects team.
• Responsible to document all Troubleshooting activities into the incident record/ticket.
• Co-ordinate with onsite operation teams to resolve regional/global problems.
• Further development of existing network infrastructure
• Provide a technical point of contact between user/IT groups to ensure effective support.
• Project collaboration with Implementation and Engineering teams.

Leadership Skills Required
• As an Individual contributor , accountable for respective deliverables area.
• Form an integral part of a 24 hour on call support rota to provide 24x7 support.
• To share technical knowledge with in the team and participate in cross skilling activities.

The technical skills needed;
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in operation and management of IP Enterprise, Data Centre and WiFi.
• Experience with Cisco Data Centre Infrastructure.
• Experience with Wireless technologies.
• Experience with syslog solution and SIEM solution (Splunk, Logrythym).
• Knowledge and experience of Cisco DNA Centre (DNAC) for Provisioning, Assurance and Automation services.
• Cisco Router & Switch experience with emphasis on IOS / CatOS, NxOS
OSI & TCP/IP Network protocol architecture, Layering benefits and concept, functions of different layers, switches and LAN design, VLAN’s, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VPC, Multichassis EtherChannel(MEC).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP.

Experience you would be expected to have;
• Bachelor degree qualification (Telecommunications/Engineering, IT/Data Networks) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 Years telecommunications-based experience within a large enterprise/carrier or integrator.
• Mining, Industrial/Oil and Gas or manufacturing experience preferred.
• CCNP.

Job Purpose:

The Disability Support Worker is responsible for implementing support services aimed at maximising the daily living, employment, social and recreational activities for people with a disability. The Disability Support Worker is a valued member of CALD Services and contributes to the development of service practice through regular staff meetings, planning processes and policy reviews. All service delivery must be in line with the Policies and Procedures of CALD Services and the requirements of the Disability Services Act.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Support clients to participate in age-appropriate activities and tasks including employment, in home support, self-care and community access.
• Support clients to access activities and outings in the community.
• Provide direct care assistance to each client in accordance with their Care Plan and as directed by the Clinical Manager.
• Work in accordance with the medication administration policy, work health and safety procedures and client rights policies including privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor the safety and well-being of the clients and report any concerns to the Manager.
• Provide 1:1 or small group training and support in response to individual client needs.
• Ensure completion of appropriate documentation. Relevant information on support provided is to be recorded in client notes and communication books as required.
• Participate in the Care Planning process for individual clients and monitor outcomes.
• Work with clients, family/ carers, relevant case managers and other professionals to support the client’s individual goals.
• In conjunction with other members of staff assist in developing, implementing and evaluating training and behaviour programs to attain identified individual goals.
• Ensure that all programming undertaken is appropriately maintained, documented and reviewed.
• Assume the role of key worker for designated clients, including the preparation of a monthly report on client progress.
• Liaise extensively with other staff to ensure the overall smooth and consistent running of the service. • Report regularly to the Manager. • Actively contribute to a team environment through open communication, participation in regular staff meetings, planning processes and policy review. Provide back up and support to other staff as necessary. • Participate in Performance Development meetings to identify ongoing training and support opportunities. • Maintain petty cash and accurate records of all expenditures. • Notify CALD Services if you are unable to work your rostered shifts, with as much notice as possible. • Contribute to Case reviews with Employment Consultants and Facilitators.

• Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification or working towards obtaining qualification within 12 months.

About the Role

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring that all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. The Service Delivery Coordinator provides a single point of contact for customers in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels. You will support customers end to end, as well as work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Managers to provide support for Datacom’s larger customer base.

This role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney (however we may also consider Perth). What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone with approximately 1 year of IT experience, preferably from within an IT managed services environment. You’ll be passionate about customer experience, be organised, and understand service delivery and SLA conformance.

Ideally you’ll have a good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL, along with a sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks. You will have excellent verbal and written communication and your customer relationship building and management skills will be second to none. Project management experience or exposure would be a huge advantage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide excellent customer service whilst resolving LEAP product queries in an accurate and timely manner
• Answer general client software and hardware queries
• Action inbound and outbound calls as assigned to achieve daily KPIs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues
• Capture notes using standard notes template in CRM, including recording detailed information for all calls requiring further escalation
• Maintain LEAP software knowledge against the capability matrix

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Qualifications (or progressing towards qualifications) in accounting or law
• A proven record and passion for providing excellent customer service (preferably within a professional services environment)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, transactional calls
• Competent in MS Office
• Proven ability to problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills
• Experience within a help desk or call centre environment (desired, but not essential)

About the Role (your why)

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. • Hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC's, printers, media and audio-visual equipment BYOD and mobility
