Role Overview:

As the Technical Customer Consultant Team Leader, you will:

• Manage a team of 6 customer support staff, addressing the joys and challenges of staff management.
• Report to a manager based in the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with local Team Leaders for ANZ (4 in total) to share information, support new project implementations, and resolve local technical issues.
• Support the suite products.

The role of the Customer Success Specialist is to engage, empower, and excite our community of crimefighters. The Customer Relationship Consultant is responsible for managing all respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and family members, managing all prospective leads in our CRM database and conducting prospective residents with tours of our aged care homes. The Customer Relationship Consultant must also build and maintain relationships with key organisations that can assist in directing prospective permanent and respite residents to our aged care homes. Success in the role will be determined by the increase and maintenance of high occupancy levels, the ability to successfully convert leads into RAD sales and the development and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to generate sales leads.

• Comprehensive knowledge and confidence utilising the Compass platform
• Education experience, whether that is in a Primary or Secondary school teaching setting or prior experience as a Customer Success Consultant
