Welcoming/greeting members and guests into the Club.
Courtesy Bus Bookings
Bistro Lunch and Dinner reservations
Telephone enquiries
Problem solving, handling customer complaints.
Promotion and renewal of memberships and club events
Bottle shop sales
Ensuring all visitors comply with the Clubs entry requirements.
