We’re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience Specialist.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with NDIS participants, Allied Health professionals, support workers and referring agencies to provide a responsive and proactive intake experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting potential new clients and discussing how we can help to support them with our services.
- Establish new referral pathways through networking with the community and other avenues.
- Contacting clients referred to Incluso Services in a timely and appropriate manner to offer a service.
- Conducting a risk assessment with clients to ascertain current risk status.
- Assisting with onboarding participants and other administration involved in the process.
What you’ll bring:
- A great understanding of the NDIS to include plans and funding.
- A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.
- Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resilience.
- Empathetic and understanding nature to ensure clients are supported and their ongoing needs met through the suite of services available.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What we would like you to have:
- Authorised to work in Victoria.
- Valid Victorian Driver License
- An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
- Certificate III/IV in Community Services or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.
- Minimum 2-year experience in client intake or client service role.
- Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
