Your role at Vertice

As a Vertice Customer Success Manager, you’ll be focusing on delivering amazing service to our customers across the APAC region so they achieve great value from our products. You’ll be a key member of our post-sales team, acting as the face of Vertice for our customers but also working with all areas of the business to ensure the customer’s aims are achieved so we hit our revenue and retention targets. As a customer champion, it’s critical you provide feedback promptly to support business development, but also promote product usage to our users. We have customers across the region, and we like to meet them in person where possible, so some travel will be required. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal and beyond.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

Demonstrated track record or success: 

• A proven history of consistently exceeding quota and net revenue retention goals.

Experience in SaaS and/or Startup Environments: 

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS company or startup environment.
• Familiarity with the SaaS sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.

About the Role

Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

About the role

For this role, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience building and scaling a Customer Data Platform at scale. There will be a focus on building a product that can be integrated across a wide number of Rokt's partners, so knowledge of how to make a data platform adaptable to a wide range of tech ecosystems is essential.

We also operate at considerable scale and complexity, so we ideally are looking for someone who lead product development with data ingestion at scale, while being able to handle the complexity that comes with handling large volumes of encrypted and confidential data.

You'll be working alongside some of the most talented and technically brilliant engineers in the world to build and maintain these systems, so an ability to speak to engineers on their level and get deep into the tech is key to this role. As you'll be taking point on critical data and engineering products and initiatives for the long term, we'd love to see someone who has worked within engineering teams as part of their squad.

• 8+years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organisation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, computer science)
• MBA (preferred)
