The position is responsible for:

• Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
• Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries
• Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer
  deliveries are completed in a timely manner
• Other administrative tasks such as Reception relief

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an office setting

• Possess excellent time management & organisation skills and high attention to detail.

• Polite and professional phone manner

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.

Due to rapid expansion across Australia, we are now looking to expand our customer onboarding team. This role reports into our Services Team, and supports the onboarding of our SME customers accounting and payroll to Retinue. This role plays a critical part in supporting the seamless transition of new customers to our services, and our reputation as a customer focused business.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers by understand their needs, challenges, and goals to proactively address their specific business needs
• Onboarding: You will conduct online and face to face onboarding meetings with new Retinue customers, gaining the relevant information to help our Accounting teams best support them on an ongoing basis

• Training: Upskill clients on Xero software, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform
• Advocacy: Be a strong advocate for not only our customers, but our brand within the company.
• Travel: You may be required to travel to clients’ worksites daily.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a face-to-face, customer centric role. Ideally, dealing with SME clients
• Previous experience within customer success, account management or sales highly regarded
• Valid Australian drivers license and access to a vehicle on weekdays
• You are a people person and thrive off collaborating with customers from varied backgrounds and experiences
• You are passionate about problem solving. As a high growth start up, we are continually learning as we go! You will have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to solve problems along the way.
• As a non-selling role, this role may suit someone who enjoys the customer aspect of face to face selling but is no longer driven by business development

About the Role

Our Service Desk Agents are the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be proactively problem solving any customer issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate.
As part of the Managed Services team, you’ll provide high quality, efficient support to our clients and their customers through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes, you’ll identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.

Operating Hours
Our Service Dsk is a 24/7 operation. These roles are for our afterhours team Monday to Sunday 8pm to 6:30pm, to be successful for a Full-Time role you will need to have full availability to work across these hours on a rotating roster.
