About Us Our Client offers an unrivalled range of new Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Freightliner Trucks, Fuso Trucks and Buses and is a part of the Velocity Truck Centres. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service background to join our service team as a Service Advisor . About the role As a Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported. Key Responsibilities:
Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
Organising bookings and service enquiries
Answering customer enquires via email, telephone and face to face
Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
Ideally, the successful candidates will have the following:
Strong customer service background
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Team attitude and ability to problem solve
Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
Ability to prioritise and remain organised
