As the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the region's Operation Manager. You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation.

You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and will be an innovative thinker with a strong head for business and running projects, experience in a similar role is not essential as we are looking for people who consider the big picture and bring their perspective to our operations.

To be successful, you’ll need:  

4 Years Managerial Experience role within hospitality, facility management or similar industry, previous people management and project management experience along with Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights.  You will be able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug &alcohol testing and police check and you will require a current Manual Driver’s license.

Your role at Vertice

As a Vertice Customer Success Manager, you’ll be focusing on delivering amazing service to our customers across the APAC region so they achieve great value from our products. About the role

For this role, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience building and scaling a Customer Data Platform at scale. There will be a focus on building a product that can be integrated across a wide number of Rokt's partners, so knowledge of how to make a data platform adaptable to a wide range of tech ecosystems is essential.

We also operate at considerable scale and complexity, so we ideally are looking for someone who lead product development with data ingestion at scale, while being able to handle the complexity that comes with handling large volumes of encrypted and confidential data.

You'll be working alongside some of the most talented and technically brilliant engineers in the world to build and maintain these systems, so an ability to speak to engineers on their level and get deep into the tech is key to this role. • 8+years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organisation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, computer science)

You will work in close collaboration with the wider business, with the goal of streamlining and structuring the customer journey more efficiently for maximum impact and value. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure our customers have the products and services that best fit their immediate needs and their future use cases.

Main Responsibilities

In this customer facing role, you are responsible to deliver the desired business outcomes, steered by our Customer Success Platform, in a human led and digitally enabled model. Key responsibilities include:

• Build & maintain strong relationships within assigned high and mid-value customer accounts, and continually delight them with a positive, customer centric attitude.

• Work collaboratively with customers to ensure that they are finding value in our products and services. Develop clear understanding of the customer’s goals, needs, expectations and preferences continuously.
• During onboarding, ensure that customers are properly trained, equipped with the right tools & resources, and educated on subscribed WM products; to optimize product usage and to minimize their adoption time. Ensure customer is ready for a successful launch and long-term success and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate early increased adoption and maximum product usage. Also, coach customers to adopt relevant practices and to maximize their investment in the product to achieve or exceed their goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the delivery of high-quality customer experience and system/application performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans.
• Monitor and report customer health and develop plans for improvements where risks/issues that may prevent or delay success for the customer are identified.
• Be a customer advocate, capturing & delivering customer feedback, to respective teams and identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Be the voice of the customers in the company, providing the suitable balance between the customer’s requests and the company’s vision.
• Identify, measure, track and communicate important insights via quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that your customers and AMs can use to assess their outcomes and influence the other responsibilities.
• Be commercially minded and work in proximity to the Account/Sales Management Team to position for business retention and growth, contract renewal and service extension.
• Identify need for improvement in process and work collaboratively across teams to effect this.
• Develop, learn and share best customer success practices with team members to continually improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.

We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about building high performance Digital Strategies. We are looking for a Creative and Strategic thinker who has experience in implementing Email and SMS to nurture and grow Direct to Consumer and eCommerce businesses.

• A strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to develop, execute, monitor and optimise email marketing strategies that target the entire customer lifecycle. This includes identifying key touchpoints, creating customer personas, and mapping out customer journeys.
• Experience with marketing automation platform Klaviyo and Hubspot, and the ability to set up and execute campaigns that engage customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage the full copywriting, design and development process for all digital asset creation. 
• Implement UX techniques to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates across the marketing funnels.
• Adept at wireframing using Figma, and building out creative sequences and offers to engage customers.

• Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations to adjust and improve strategy performance. 
• Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity across the client campaigns. This includes familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TripleWhale and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate:

• Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing client and team expectations and competing priorities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle stress and maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality work on time.
• Highly experienced in Klaviyo with building out Campaigns and Flows for both Email and SMS.
• Is confident in writing copy and thinking creatively.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the broader Performance Marketing landscape: Google Ads, META Ads suite, Programmatic, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, social atmosphere, and values frequent communication with team members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with communicating via video calls, in-person meetings, and other remote communication tools.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage direct relationships with both internal team members and clients. This includes the ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and video communication tools, and provide excellent customer service to clients.
