Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / CA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with demonstrated expertise in individual and corporate tax
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proven experience in supervising and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in Xero (including Xero Tax) and Microsoft Office Suite
