Main Responsibilities: Build and maintain a sustainable health and safety management system to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirement. Promote a positive safety culture through the active management of WHS management systems, including providing specialist advice, support, training and education to staff. Apply contemporary risk management practice, undertake incident investigation and reporting, and facilitate WHS working groups including Health and Safety Representatives, First Aid Officers, and Emergency wardens. Prepare regular reporting and analysis for the executive leadership team, governance committees, Departments and other stakeholders to assist in monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of clients management system. Provide leadership, through effective personal, professional communication, and interpersonal capabilities and change management as well as team and strategic capabilities.
