We are creating multidisciplinary teams at headspace Shellharbour and Kiama, working to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.   Grand Pacific Health is a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation and is the lead agency of both headspace centres. We provide locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services from 25 locations across NSW and the ACT.     About the position   The Mental Health Clinician will work collaboratively with a young person and their family/carers to identify support needs, goals and to develop collaborative care plans.
