In this role you will embark on an exciting journey maintaining fuel product quality from the refinery gate, through distribution to customers and beyond to the customer tank. • Learn about and support the team on Product Quality (PQ) Standards, Manuals and Procedures 
• Record, investigate, and action PQ incidents to ensure that they are managed in accordance with standards

About Your Role: Quality Assurance Manager

Join us as a Quality Assurance Manager and lead specialized services for bids and projects. Drive Risk Driven Quality deployment, ensuring impeccable standards across operations. Your focus includes audits, supplier quality, and aligning solutions with customer expectations and contractual needs. This role is responsible for providing quality assurance in relation to claim assessment in line with the TAL claims quality framework and risk management principles.A key focus of this role is to promote a culture of risk management and continuous improvement by providing risk-based detective controls and insights relating to claim assessment. You may be required to lead the delivery of small to medium scale projects or well-defined tasks on major projects to enable QA remediation or continuous improvement initiatives

The main focus of this role is to provide Fuel product quality and technical support to Geelong refinery laboratory, Supply and Distribution, Manufacturing, International (Aviation and Marine), and Bulk Fuels (Retail, Commercial Fuels and LPG) businesses. This includes delivery of 2nd and 3rd level Customer Technical Support.

You will be responsible to ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed Health, Safety and Environment practices and procedures as outlined in the Geelong Refinery Management and Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all test data, calculations and results.
• Maintain laboratory procedures and test methods
• Maintain and report on laboratory quality assurance activities
• Undertake sampling of routine and non-routine production and environmental streams and finished product tanks as required.
• Prepare calibration standards as required
• Assist with QA monitoring of laboratory activities including proficiency testing, correlation testing etc.
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Maintain Refinery PQ Risk Register
• Manage refinery PQRI (Product Quality Refinery Incidents)
• Act as a SME for refinery process changes, test runs and MOCs
• Act as the first point contact in-between Supply and refining business
• Provide non-routine investigations-testing
• Act as a focal point for all alternative fuels initiatives.

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture to safely deliver highly specialised data centre development projects, including base build, fitout out and critical infrastructure expansion works within the Capital Works portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Works and assisting the Head of Site Development and Chief of Engineering & Design, the Project Director will have extensive experience in the construction of data centres or similar facilities, including a strong understanding of mission critical infrastructure, with a proven ability to safely deliver projects, on time, on budget, and to high quality, while achieving business case objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client-side oversight and direction to the project team, to achieve the end-to-end implementation of new data centre solutions, embedding a strong safety culture, and driving operational and business improvement initiatives.
• Lead and oversee development of pre-construction planning activities including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling and procurement, including the engagement and oversight of the Principal Contractor to undertake Early Contractor involvement processes 
• Undertake the role of Principal’s Representative for the building contracts, acting as day-to-day interface with construction-related consultants and contractors for decision-making and stakeholder communications to ensure effective contract management
• Development and execution of project strategy documents, including the project controls plan, procurement strategy, communications, change management, and risk management plans to align with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, write, and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
