About Your Role: Quality Assurance Manager
Join us as a Quality Assurance Manager and lead specialized services for bids and projects. Drive Risk Driven Quality deployment, ensuring impeccable standards across operations. Your focus includes audits, supplier quality, and aligning solutions with customer expectations and contractual needs. Join us in implementing strategic quality assurance and customer satisfaction objectives for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with quality heads for task execution
- Elevating, project, & bid quality continually
- Providing crucial quality advice for projects, and bids
- Nurturing strong relationships with internal/external customers
- Ensuring flawless milestone implementation
- Steering and implementing audit schedules for process and suppliers
- Defining and managing project-specific quality objectives
- Mitigating risks across all project facets
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering or related technical qualifications with 3-5 years’ experience
- Auditor qualifications and deep ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
- Proven track record in quality management, preferably in tech-driven setups
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ISO Management Systems and MS Office tools
