About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated leader looking to step into the role of Branch Manager Tasmania Reporting to the General Manager Branch Operations - South, you will manage the branch’s business group activities to achieve optimum sales and profitability through effective use of branch assets and well developed leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and review business units operating costs, including manpower and assets.
• Manage the financial performance of the branch.
• Develop policy, procedures and systems to Improve branch operations.
• Review and co-ordinate branch inventory control.
• Identify business growth opportunities and implement business plans to ensure that such opportunities are maximized.
• Develop and measure key performance for all staff.
• Develop a culture and desire within the branch management team to strive for continuous improvement.
• Ensure branch adherence to all WH&S requirements.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to the branch staff.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Case Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting elderly people in the community to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of community-based elderly individuals with Home Care Packages. You will assess their needs, develop personalised care plans, and manage budgets in accordance with program guidelines to ensure each customer's unique requirements are met. You'll also onboard new customers and proactively manage existing ones with a person-centred approach. Collaboration with our Clinical, Scheduling and Service Delivery teams will be crucial to delivering comprehensive care.

In this permanent full-time role, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule each week and work from home when you're not on the road visiting customers. While most of your caseload will be located in Hobart and the surrounding suburbs, occasional travel to Northern Tasmania will be required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in community-based case management (desirable)
• Experience with Home Care Packages (desirable)
• Current driver’s licence
• A reliable vehicle with minimum Third Party insurance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations
• Advocacy skills to ensure clients' needs are met
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams

• A full-time role, reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager;
• Ensuring that rosters are compliant with business demands and budgeted manning guides;
• On-boarding and training of all new and current staff, ensuring support is provided to the team at all times;
• Bring a creative element to the venue and work closely with the broader team to curate quarterly promotions;
• Monitor all daily sales, ordering, and costs for the venue;
• Maximising revenue growth opportunities
• Work in conjunction with all stakeholders to ensure smooth venue operations and functions;
• Liaise with the kitchen team regarding menu changes, selling strategies, customer feedback and service issues.
