The role will suit someone looking to expand or take the next step in their career. This is a full-time role that will require flexibility with working mornings, nights and weekends. A sneak peak of what the role entails:
- A full-time role, reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager;
- Ensuring that rosters are compliant with business demands and budgeted manning guides;
- On-boarding and training of all new and current staff, ensuring support is provided to the team at all times;
- Bring a creative element to the venue and work closely with the broader team to curate quarterly promotions;
- Monitor all daily sales, ordering, and costs for the venue;
- Maximising revenue growth opportunities
- Work in conjunction with all stakeholders to ensure smooth venue operations and functions;
- Liaise with the kitchen team regarding menu changes, selling strategies, customer feedback and service issues.
