We are looking for someone with energy and a large capacity to deliver an ambitious program of work including reviews of existing models together with piloting new initiatives that ultimately serve QBE customers at claim time through a best-in-class and modern Motor supply chain. The role involves primary management of the Motor Claims supply chain across our AUSPAC Division by delivering end to end procurement category management of various sub-categories, supplier relationship management and sustainability, working closely with Motor Claims, Strategy and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-centric models and solutions that provide value to QBE. Your new role Lead and support various procurement categories and projects across the Motor Claims supply chain (addressable spend ~$250M), including but not limited to delivering commercial benefits and an outstanding customer experience at claim time. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop category strategies across Motor, bringing outside market intelligence into AUSPAC Claims Support Motor Supply chain with best-practice SRM (supplier management) to ensure pro-active management of suppliers that delivers ongoing value and supports partnership throughout the contract lifecycle. Work with Motor Strategy to pilot new and innovative supply chain solutions and support Motor Claims in delivering a more digitised and seamless claims experience for customers Explore opportunities and work to embed practical initiatives that build sustainability within the Motor Supply Chain Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure that QBE's Claims requirements are understood and met as part of any procurement initiative.
