Our client, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee their IT department. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives, managing IT operations, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company's technology infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals
- Managing IT operations, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
- Overseeing IT projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline
- Managing and supervising IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or a similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and resource management
- Industry certifications, such as ITIL or PMP, are preferred
