As a Senior Signalling Engineer at Omada, your impact will be in the independent design review function including the verification process and the final sign-off of designs. About the Role

The Cybersecurity Engineer, will be a member of our Group Technology Cybersecurity team located in any Datacom office.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Cybersecurity sector and is looking to build a career in this space. You will have a solid understanding of networks, firewalls, proxies, SIEM, Endpoint controls, DLP concepts and technologies.

As an Integration Engineer you will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, aiming for the highest functionality. The goal is to build computer systems to our Clients needs and specifications.

You will be required to perform maintenance activities (Preventative & Corrective), conduct inspections of technical and non-technical in nature and also provide engineering support to our customer. Equipment involved will included Patient Monitoring, Defibrillators, Ventilators, Anaesthesia systems, Electrosurgery systems, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

• The On Site Bio Med / Field Service Engineer is the ambassador of Philips within the project ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our on site activities.

• Executes technical service to the requests, problems, or planned service activities.

• Accurately documents service records inclusive of diagnostics, resolution & test procedures and case status using the service management system.

• Actively Involved in Customer escalations, Complaints (safety / non-safety related) or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible, managing associated action plans to completion.

• Will be technically competent as a Bio Med engineer to be able to manage all support aspects of the contract for all products offered under Philips workshare in JP2060.

• Able to perform maintenance activities, Level One repairs and Problem Solving irrespective of vendor

• Taking a lead in managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are continually updated on progress according to the company process. 

• Maintaining a high level of knowledge through continual training and development and keeping up to date of new technologies relevant to your area of focus and take on new technology.

• Be able to work reasonable additional hours outside business hours at such times as are necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the job role as defined by Philips from time to time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international geotechnical engineering consultancy as a Geotechnical Engineer based in Brisbane. Joining a team of 15 geotechnical engineers and geologists, you will be responsible for delivering newly won design packages for major clients such as Dams authorities, TMR, QR, councils and developers. This is more of a project delivery role with little emphasis on business development. Delivering quality engineering and enoying repeat work will be the focus. Projects are traditionally from the Queensland region but you will access to projects from around Australia, NZ and the US. There are even opportunities to travel to other offices. Your role will include: Earthworks, foundation and retaining wall design, ground improvement design and slope stabilisation Geotechnical investigations Working directly with clients and managing relationships Technical report writing Mentoring junior design engineers  Assisting with bid & tender documentation You will need: 2 – 6 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer A relevant engineering degree, ideally geotechnical The ability to work in Australia without restriction A background within a consulting environment is a plus but not mandatory This consultancy is employee-owned so you get the added benefits of a performance bonus, laid-back culture (WFH as many days as you want), strong emphasis on training and share ownership opportunities.  Salaries are anywhere from $100-130k inclusive for this role.
