ABOUT THE POSITION We are currently seeking an experienced and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) to join our dynamic team as a Structural Engineer. The successful candidate together with the Senior Structural Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing and mentoring our junior engineering staff, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The role offers the opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Provide mentorship and guidance to two junior structural engineers who are not RPEQ registered. Collaborate with the current senior engineer to manage and oversee the workload of the junior staff. Ensure that projects are completed within established timelines and meet the required quality standards. Utilize expertise in cold-formed steel to contribute valuable insights to project design and execution. Contribute to the growth of the business by actively participating in project development and client interactions.
