About the Role (Your why)

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing onsite and offsite network support for our clients’ environment. You are expected to provide exceptional levels of service and assistance to rectify and solve issues as they are reported. This will be achieved by your ability to work across variety of teams to provide high-level technical support for data network systems, including an ability to create and maintain network documentation, maintains hardware and software standards.

This role will be based in our Perth office. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Network Engineer you will be focused on:

• Support customer network environment/s
• Establish and nurture relationships with appropriate staff both within Datacom and our clients
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to more junior staff
• Perform reporting duties
• Liaise with Professional services and Sales Teams

What You’ll Bring

Required technical experience:

• Understanding of Networking principles and practical application
• Experience in engineering and administration of multiprotocols, multilayer switches including LAN protocols, BGP, RIP, NAT, OSPF/EIGRP, TCP/IP and Wireless (Cisco, Aerohive, Fortinet, Aruba)
• Experience with router and switch technology as well as working knowledge in protocol analysis. Includes ability to configure, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot
• Experience with DNS configuration and management
• Exposure to Cloud Solutions: Azure, AWS
• Experience with analysis and implementation of Firewall requests
• Experience with diagnosis and troubleshooting using firewall analysis tools
• Experience with supporting VPNs

• Industry certifications are highly regarded

About the Role (your why)

Due to continued growth within our team, we have multiple roles across Australia. Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of Desktop Services to a key Datacom customer. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.

The location of this role will be based on-site in Grafton. To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain an AGSVA Baseline clearance. 

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Desktop Support Engineer you will be focused on:

• Providing excellent technical support in a high-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount
• Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup.
• Ensuring new equipment, such as Laptops and Mobile phones, are up to date and deployment ready prior to release to customers
• Recording all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
• Keeping customers updated with regards to their tickets
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure as directed
• Initiate and drive service and process improvement
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)

Role Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead areas of the design and development of Epsilon Retail Media’s software systems. This role will be familiar with all the policies, procedures, and technical issues related to programming. You will be generally competent across the majority of areas within the Epsilon Retail Media system and have a good understanding of how it functions together.

About the Role (Your Why)

This Senior DevOps Engineer role is responsible for bridging the gap between traditional infrastructure support and DevOps. They will be guiding and implementing automation initiatives, operations and services. The role involves performing hands-on automation tasks in a range of areas. The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for improving processes, collaboration and integration between our internal operational teams. You will be joining a high-performance team in our extensive Operations business with a focus on innovative, modern approaches to improving the stability, scalability and maintainability of our customer facing systems.

What You’ll Do

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the team’s existing cross functional capabilities by providing high level experience with a combination of open source and automation products.

You will be involved in (but not limited to):

• Developing, reviewing and implementing CI/CD principles including containerisation
• Establishing and maintaining operational excellence with automation across a number of technologies and areas, including:

About the Civil Engineering Intern Role:

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Intern to join our Water Team. About the Role (Your Why)

As a Principal Engineer (Netsuite) you will provide engineering and support to the company’s ERP team. 

You will also be responsible for but not limited to the following:  

• Provide support to ensure system faults are rectified promptly 
• Develop technical solutions to meet ongoing business requirements 
• Enable users at all levels to perform their jobs effectively 
• Ensure business reports are accurate and provided in a timely manner 
• Support continuous improvement of systems 
• Assist the organisation in the selection, development of and transition to new solutions 
• Build rapport and working relationship with teams within the business at both management and end user level 

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience with ERP implementation and support.
• At least 3 years of experience with Netsuite consultancy and support.
• Knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge and experience in cloud and web application development. 
• Prior experience with integration projects interconnecting different applications. (Especially through web services)
• Ability to translate a functional document/requirement to a technical design.
• Intermediate with these Netsuite modules: SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and Advanced PDF/FreeMarker.
• Prior experience in Project Management and HCM applications such as OpenAir and Oracle HCM is an advantage 
• Ability to gather requirements and write an FRD is an advantage
• Ability to do both technical and functional consultancy is an advantage 

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business IT, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Professional certification in ERP platforms desirable

As a Systems Safety Assurance Engineer within the Egis Advisory business, you will be responsible for undertaking activities that will provide a high level of advice to deliver tangible solutions to our clients within the Defence sector.

You will also be responsible for:

• Support a range of projects involving analytical and technical skills in one or more operating areas as directed by the Defence Lead.
• Conduct Independent Safety Assessments as required by the client and/or project.
• Identify improvements and actions required to ensure compliance with Safety Legislation and Safety Management Systems, with advice and support to implement necessary changes.
• Perform Systems Assurance reviews and preparation of compliance demonstration arguments using Goal Structured Notation.
• Prepare and develop Safety Assurance Reports and related documents.
• Produce high quality documents deliverables within short time frames such as hazard analysis and hazard logs.
• Assist and support preparation of proposals as required

• Use DDD, Design patterns, and advanced Git to produce maintainable code.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer designing, developing, testing, deploying in PHP.
• Strong experience with SQL and OLAP/Analytical databases.
• Passionate about Test Driven Development.
• Exposure to DBT and BI tools
