Connect People currently have a vacancy for an experienced Yardperson for our client's M itcham depot.
Our client is one of Australia's largest water and sewer maintenance capital service providers, providing a range of planned, maintenance, repair, restoration and renewal services across the North and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Coming from a Trade/Mechanical background would be beneficial but not essential. You will need to be knowledgeable in yard maintenance and safety procedures.
Temp - Perm role | $42.16 per hour | Monday - Friday | 7am - 3:30pm
Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
General maintenance duties
Loading trucks with quarry
Transporting parts to and from site
Storing goods in their correct location
Assisting with relevant reporting
Maintaining Yard conditions
Successful candidates MUST have the following:
Front End Loader Ticket
Excavator Ticket (Mainly sifting Bucket usage)
Construction Induction Card
MR Truck Licence
Forklift ticket desirable
