• Minimum of at least three years’ full-time experience as a qualified heavy duty diesel mechanic / technician.
• Experience working on large surface mining equipment.
• Must have fault finding experience on large surface mining equipment, removal and installation of components and engines, and component rebuild experience.

The Civil Engineer (CE) will be required to work with the Project Manager and the project team to deliver projects in accordance with the Companies policies and procedures and will need to communicate effectively and work as a team with Paynter Dixon site supervision staff. Clear delegation is important.
The CE is to work closely with the project delivery team to finalise design co-ordination, develop planning and procurement strategies, budgets, subcontract tender lettings, cost control administration, HSEQ development and management and overall general project management. Civil Engineers, are responsible for assisting in the:
• Carrying out a Project Risk Assessment for Construction Works;
• Developing, implementing and maintaining a Construction Management Plan consistent with the IMS;
• Identifying the resources necessary to fulfil IMS requirements on their projects;
• General management and leadership of the implementation of safety including but not limited to disciplinary procedures;
• Demonstrating commitment to Work Health & Safety through their own actions;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and Codes of Practice;
• Collect and collate all Paynter Dixon IMS data as required.

Other key tasks include:
• Contracts/tendering documentation

• Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.

• Analysing structural systems for both static and dynamic loads.

• Relevant qualification in civil engineering

Key Purpose of the role

• Manage, maintain, and facilitate the renewal of software maintenance by validating the renewal details to ensure the information is correct and valid and also update the Software Asset Register/Technology with the new licensing details.
• Facilitate software procurement for the account including the tasks of retrieving quotes from software vendors or Datacom’s internal procurement team, approval from the business and facilitating the procurement and associated software lifecycle tasks.
• Review current software Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and License Contracts to ensure that the account is not exposed to any breaches or risks.
• Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Asset Management service delivery methodology and processes.
• Experience in using SAM technologies and their capabilities, in particular, Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite and/or Snow License Manager. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the SAM technology and will proactively work with technical teams to ensure the technology is maintained to acceptable standards.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Cherwell or Service Now will be advantageous.
• Interpret data outputs from the SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Be able to follow documented procedures to support the deliver of consistent services.

As an Energy Management Feature Owner you will be instrumental in the definition of the electric vehicle features related to energy storage, management, and distribution. You will create the technical specifications and high-level design for the feature. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• The Feature Owner will capture and elaborate Functional and Performance specifications for features of a vehicle to be cascaded down to Component specifications for engineering domain teams to conduct product development.
• The Feature Owner will contribute to the Vehicle Architecture Design document and models to communicate the high-level design and justifications to the domain engineering teams. The Feature Owner will document design elaboration including static and behavioural aspects.
• The Feature Owner will work closely with the Verification and Testing team to ensure functional and performance specifications are defined in such a way that they are testable.
• The Feature Owner will develop Interface Control Documents to facilitate the correct integration of independently developed components into the overall system.

• The Feature Owner will utilise the relevant toolchains to develop, release and control feature requirements and architecture artifacts.
• The Feature Owner will lead the resolution of feature issues raised by domain engineering teams. Ensure issues are appropriately tracked in the relevant toolchain, and where required (based on program status) create an Engineering Change Request for architecture evolutions.

Key Competencies:

• An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in an engineering role involving software, electrical and/or mechanical engineering domains.
• Capable of supporting the development, assessment, and work product generation for complex system architectures.
• Proficient in use case analysis, requirements capture, requirements development, refinement, and release for execution.
• Sound understanding of the v-model development lifecycle through requirements, design, implementation, testing and support.
• Capable of working collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure all interdependencies at a system level are clearly identified and understood to drive a high level of integration in our products.
