As a People and Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing human resources administration and procurement support to the People, Safety, and ICT team. Working closely with the People Adviser, you'll contribute to recruitment services and play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Commitment: Demonstrate commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and equal opportunity objectives
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People and Safety team, including payroll services, reporting and compliance
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the People Adviser with recruitment processes, advertising, interviews, and reference checks
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Procurement and Coordination: Support the Safety Manager and ICT Project Coordinator with document production, system administration, procurement, and scheduling
- Training Development: Contribute to the development of HR, WHS, and ICT training materials as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Human Resources or Business Administration qualifications (highly regarded)
- Work Health and Safety qualifications (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of human resources and interest in work health and safety
- 12 months+ experience in a similar role preferred, but graduates without experience will be considered
- Strong oral and written communication skills, time management, and organisational skills
- ICT literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously with a methodical and practical approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Base salary starting from $60,000 per annum (plus 11% superannuation)
