The Account Director, Global Sales Sydney, manages and provides dedicated support to a targeted portfolio of complex GSO accounts. The position builds and maintains business relationships with key buying influences to achieve account market share goals across all Marriott International brands. The primary focus is on opportunities to increase preference and loyalty and improve the overall buying process by emphasizing an ease of doing business with Marriott. In the role of Account Director, Global Sales Sydney, this position has direct accountability for strategic sales activities within their assigned accounts.


The role of the Account Director, Global Sales Sydney is to support the GSO vision and mission by leveraging Marriott’s products and services as a team leader or team member within their assigned account portfolio. By utilizing the processes of strategic account management and team-based sales, this position will be responsible for increasing Marriott’s preference, loyalty and profitable share within their assigned accounts and contribute to overall GSO success through the direct sales efforts of Revenue Generation and Value Creation.

The Account Director, Global Sales Sydney develops Strategic Account Plans and executes activities for each account, to drive financial results, customer engagement and market integration in a direct sales environment. The Account Director, Global Sales Sydney engages appropriate account team members and initiates pull-through activities in source and destination markets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
• Ability to use standard software applications, such as MS Office, Excel and Marriott International systems SFAWeb, Empower and MarRFP.
• Interpret financial statements, e.g., P&L statements, annual reports, as appropriate, to assist in the formulation of an account plan.
• Articulates the financial benefits of a proposal as it pertains to the customer’s business objectives.

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Administrator to support one or more project teams

This is a full-time contract.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

· Support project teams with: scheduling meetings, process documentation, minute-taking, processing of invoices, liaising with external contractors

· Respond to basic user enquiries via phone and email and escalate enquiries when required

· Support project and content managers as required.

· Respond and resolve problems about concerning inquiries of the running projects and for the ones which hasn't started.

· Talk to the supervisors about the paperwork that they need to fill it out and manage these ones to keep the records on the files associated with the running projects.

· Support the Project Managers, Building Manager to make sure the goals are fulfilment.

· Support the administration team with budgets for the new projects and planning the tasks to make it happen in an effective and efficient timeframe.

· Set the staff to work according to the team skills with the different project’s enquiries.

· Creating the matrix to follow up the progress in the projects weekly to build up the big report at the end.

· Prepare, create, review and respond the reports concerns of the building manager, project manager and the staff of each project.

· Track expenses and predict future costs for each project.




About you



· You are highly organised, pro-active person, with attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills.

· Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Rope Access Technician Supervisor.

· Preferably painting experience.

· Bachelor degree in administration or related careers.

· Minimum IRATA level 2.

· You ideally have minimum 1 year of previous experience working in a project administration role.

· You are a quick learner, with ability to work concurrently across a range of tasks.

· You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and Project.

About the role

Reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, this position is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities for Tennis Australia, working with the wider finance team to develop and deliver best practice FP&A function. This role will help analyse month end reporting processes, budget and forecasting processes, complete other mandatory reporting requirements and perform other ad hoc tasks as required. In this role you will:

- Assist with development and maintenance of monthly reports, including commentary, as well as quarterly and annual reports with ad-hoc - analysis.
- Assist set up of the budget model and advise on improvements, preparation of the organisations budget as well as supporting maintenance of a forecast model.
- Support the systems strategy for optimal process and analytical capability including maintenance of the planning tool and optimisation of the ERP system.
- Contribute and lead projects to drive improved decision making whilst being a key owner of the reporting tools and systems and providing an ongoing focus to uplift internal capabilities.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting tasks as required
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders across the TA business

About you

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience from professional services or a large complex organisation is preferred.
- Financial modelling and excel skills with strong experience utilising systems and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and successful implementation.
- Appropriate qualifications (or working towards) including a degree and being a Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant
