As a Wind Senior Construction Project Manager you will be required to plan and supervise a wide range of Wind construction projects from conception through to completion. You will manage factors including integration, scope, timelines, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement. These are full time roles with an OTE equivalent salary range between $66,000 to $85,000 gross per annum, excluding superannuation.

Minimum Certificate IV relevant qualification with at least two years experience.

Beauty Therapists – the Beauty Therapist is an integral member of the Spa and is responsible for providing quality and superior customer service to all Lavish clients, to ensure that their entire Spa experience exceeds their expectations. The Beauty or Massage Therapist performs all treatments to the highest standard of clinical and customer services throughout Lavish.

For Beauty Therapists, certification for beauty treatments including facials, waxing and massage is essential.

In this role you will;

Report to the Table Games Manager
Assist in the opening and closing of tables
Welcome new/current players at the table
Conduct the games with courtesy and enthusiasm
Follow all casino/government standard operating procedures

What you need:

Minimum experience of 6 months as a Dealer from a Casino background
Proficiency in at least 1 major game: Roulette, Blackjack, Craps or Poker - To be assessed during the recruitment process through a practical table test. This assessment will take place at Lasseters Hotel Casino
Strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and immaculate grooming
Ability to work shifts day/night including weekends and public holidays
Australian/New Zealand/Holiday Working Visa/Permanent Residents are eligible
Successful applicants will be required to obtain an NT Government Licence that includes probity checks.

Effectively supervise all procedures relating to guest check in/check out, room assignment, inventory/stock control
Network with key stakeholders including external customers and internal departments
Produce regular reports and data analysis.
To succeed in this role you will need:

Previous Front Office experience
Familiarity with Hotel Operating systems
Outstanding customer service standards demonstrated at a similar role
The ideal person will be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends, and must be available for full time hours.
