Our Front Office team delivers an exceptional customer experience to our hotel guests by showcasing an outstanding property offering options designed to enhance the stay. With 205 hotel rooms varying from standard rooms through to Premium Suites in a 24/7 environment, the Front Office department work tirelessly to ensure all services and products are at a high standard.
Due to internal movement we are seeking a capable and experienced Front Office individual to supervise a dedicated team of staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Confidently supervise a team of individuals in the execution of high standards through the Front Office operations
Effectively supervise all procedures relating to guest check in/check out, room assignment, inventory/stock control
Network with key stakeholders including external customers and internal departments
Produce regular reports and data analysis.
To succeed in this role you will need:
Previous Front Office experience
Familiarity with Hotel Operating systems
Outstanding customer service standards demonstrated at a similar role
The ideal person will be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends, and must be available for full time hours.
