Task & Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities: Defining the Business processes with the help of Business Stakeholders by using MS Visio. Worked on Activity and Process flow diagrams using MS-Visio. Conducting workshops with Business Users to gather the requirements, validate User Testing and Release Planning. Preparing Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Specification Documents, Use Cases and Data Elements Mapping Documents. Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas of the application where the performance can be improved. Involved in Business Process Automation with Pega Systems Smart BPM suite – Pega Rules Processor Commander (PRPC). Involved in Integration of BPM Case Management system with underwriting system and downstream systems. Captured User Role based Dashboard views, Workbaskets and Worklists requirements to identify the work assigned. Having Good understanding of Pega property types and decision rules, Pega flows, Pega OOTB, SLA’s and API’s Reporting. Reviewing and discussion of Business Requirements with Technical team. Facilitated Joint Requirements Planning (JRP) & Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to expedite and streamline the requirement gathering process. In Depth understanding of the AS-IS and TO-BE in supporting /interface system applications. Participated in requirements elicitation, documentation and change management using HP QC. Experience in Gap Analysis to check the compatibility of existing systems with new business requirements. Skilled in conducting walkthroughs with Business and Technical SMEs to identify and resolve issues in the existing design document for changes. Experience in handling various geographic clientele involving delivery, communication, client relationship and business growth as part of day-to-day activities. Experience in Project Management activities, create Project Plan, Testing Scenarios, Test Data, Defect tracking and Test Reporting. Identify the Risks associated with the Project, Highlight the Risks to Client Manager and derive the Risk Mitigation Plan. Strong Hands-on experience in End-to-End Testing delivery including Test Management, Test Estimation, Test Strategy Planning and Testing process. Skilled in System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Black Box Testing of web, desktop-based applications, and Client/Server applications. Maintained Requirement Traceability Matrix using MS Excel. Worked with Test Management and Defect tools like HP QC, JIRA. Handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as in a team. Qualification & Experience Experience in Gap Analysis to check the compatibility of existing systems with new business requirements.
