As a Specialist Operations Planning you will be responsible for reporting & analysis to identify opportunities to drive cross-functional improvement in planning processes across the Operations. You will Improve the capability of the Operations Planning Function, performance improvement to deliver analysis, improving efficiency and depth of analysis, and provide continuous improvement learnings back into relevant Commercial and Operational Planning organisations based on current and future operational constraints.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Strong strategic, financial and analytical skills
Prior commercial, Operations, Workforce Planning or operational planning experience
Experience in identifying and delivering performance improvement initiatives
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business units, functions and teams.
Business-related degree desired.
PowerBI, SQL or other Business Intelligence systems or Operations Research background preferred
Commercially focused with the ability to correctly assess the impact of decisions on business outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including highly developed presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a constantly changing operational environment
Proven record of successfully managing change and implementing continuous improvement activities
