Safety Business Partner - VIC/TAS About the role The Safety Business Partner plays a crucial part in supporting the ARC business to cultivate a robust and engaged Health and Safety function. The primary objective is to drive the ARC integrated safety business model, delivering key safety processes, nurturing a proactive and interdependent safety culture, influencing key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across the business.  This role can be based at any of our Melbourne sites. Key Responsibilities:   Deliver work health and safety strategy in line with the ARC business model   Contribute to enhancing health and safety performance and address incident trends. Lead incident investigations, identify hazards, and conduct risk assessments. Assist line leaders in the effective implementation and communication of the GFG health and safety policy, standards, programs, and procedures.
