As the HR Business Partner for JDE Australia, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives across the business and partnering with our leaders to enable performance and growth. This is a permanent full-time position based in both our North Sydney head office, and our roastery in Kingsgrove.
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to the business.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs and strategies that support business objectives.
