The Role:

To support, maintain and improve business processes within Hanson Australia

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and ensure consistency of processes across business units.
Review and decide on requests for process deviation in consultation with business stakeholders.
Maintain and update process and business systems documentation and knowledgebase.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and streamline business process areas, aligning with local needs and Heidelberg Materials group standards.
Analyze and recommend IT solutions to support business processes.
Adhere to IT strategy, policies, and standards.
Work closely with Project Management and Change Management teams to support the acceptance of IT products and services.
Foster functional relationships with Solution Owner community in the Heidelberg Materials Digital Customer Engagement & Business Systems team.
Provide guidance to Customer Service Centre team members.

What you need to be successful:

Mandatory 5 years + demonstrable management experience of business process in an SAP enterprise and associated environment SyncroTess, and TrackIt telematics,
Significant IT or business experience, covering support and development using recognized methodologies.
Demonstrable skills in SAP configuration and test script preparation.
SAP R/3 ECC6 (and in future S4/HANA) configuration knowledge. Minimum requirement is ability to configure and set up master data
Management experience in business processes within an SAP enterprise and associated environment.
Strong understanding of business processes, especially in Supply Chain.
MRP, and ESRI geographic mapping tool is a plus.

Administer, maintain and enhance data-related systems and databases to ensure quality, integrity, accuracy of collated data. Provide advice and assistance to senior managers to ensure data security and accessibility. Liaise with various school leaders to resolve issues pertaining to data including identifying anomalies and developing solutions. Prepare statistical reports and visualisations showcasing student and faculty performance. Conduct data integrity audits between OneSchool, the school's student data system and other local databases and formulate tools to ensure reports generated are reliable and consistent across systems. Desirable criteria: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Sciences or a related field. Proven experience in data management, data analysis, and performance reporting. Advanced proficiency in data collection and analysis technologies with experience in one or more of the following: PHP, Java, SQL, or Python. Strong collaborative and communication skills.
