Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.How you will make contributions that matter:You will be responsible for delivering a range of capital projects up to the value of $1million, based on site at our Allansford manufacturing plant, about 15 minutes from Warrnambool on the beautiful Great Ocean Road.This will include:Design, costing, submission and implementation of capital projects on site, as well as supporting the broader program of multi-site upgrades as requiredWorking cross functionally to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery, including active communication with colleagues who may be affected by workplace changesEnsuring Health and Safety standards and policies are adhered toOngoing focus on continuous improvement across process and methodology to ensure best practice project deliveryEnsuring a smooth transition to Business as Usual through effective training and communicationsAbout you:Tertiary qualification in Civil, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Trade Certificate and experienceProven experience in delivery of capital projects, ideally within a manufacturing or other industrial environmentExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to form relationships and influence at all levelsThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with or knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage, but is not essentialWe’ll support you with:The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company.Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.Flexible working options where operationally achievableClick on “Apply for this job” to submit your application.
