We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Process Lead to play a vital role in delivering impactful programs that transform processes, systems, and outcomes for Melba.

What You'll Do

• Business Analysis & Process Leadership:
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses.
• Develop clear documentation, including business rules, customer journey maps, and process models.
• Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements to achieve strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define needs and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, project managers, and change leads.
• Support business case development and align solutions with organizational priorities.
• Support Key Projects:
• Contribute to project scope definition under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Assist in vendor assessment and evaluation processes.
• Provide training support, testing oversight, and documentation for successful implementation.

About You

• At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project collaboration in medium to large environments.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or equivalent process mapping methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit and document complex requirements.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project tools like Miro or Asana.
• Experience in the care/disability support sector (desirable).
• Familiarity with the BABoK. CCBA or CBAP certified (desirable).

Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).

About the job:

The TEG Life Like Touring Theatrical Project Marketing Manager will develop and deliver a marketing campaign for the presentation and production of a new 2025 family theatre show Australian tour, as well as providing marketing support for international Promoters and partners. 

The role works closely with the producers on managing the national tour marketing campaign, including social media, as well as managing relationships and local marketing campaigns with Australian tour venues and the chosen publicist. 

Experience in marketing live theatre and ticketed entertainment, knowledge in both traditional and digital methods of theatrical marketing, and social media management experience and skill, will be essential to this role. 

About You:

The Theatrical Project Marketing Manager will be dynamic, creative, a fast worker, and adventurous with attention to detail as a crucial attribute. An interest in the performing arts and experience in theatrical tour marketing is desirable and will be most beneficial in the role. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver an innovative marketing campaign for a brand-new family show.
• Work with the Creative Producer and team to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy to maximise brand exposure and build audiences for TEG Life Like Touring.
• Work with the Creative Producer and team to develop and create marketing content to be used across multiple years and for world markets.
• Be the brand guardian and take responsibility for ensuring uniformity and a consistently high standard of all collaterals.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Diploma in Marketing or other relevant industry qualification or experience
• Experience in marketing theatrical productions 
• Experience in marketing experiences and/or events is highly desirable
• Experience managing digital and social media platforms
• Keen eye for detail in delivering written and visual communications 
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Proven record of excellent customer service stakeholder management
• Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, et al) and/or the equivalent
• Graphic design and video editing skills, an advantage

Your Role & Team

Are you a hunter? Do you enjoy prospecting and closing on deals? Then this is the role for you.

This is a pure B2B Business Development role, that is responsible for the entire 360 sales cycle from initial prospecting and hunting through to closing out new opportunities across our Corporate Segment – this accounts for businesses across any industry vertical with an annual turnover ranging between $25M-$250M.

You will be responsible for building out your patch and prospect list, in turn taking prospects through a structured sales cycle which includes an initial cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), booking in and facilitating meetings and demos (online/ face to face) and finally closing deals and onboarding new logos before introducing and handing over to the appropriate Account Manager.

As we are experiencing rapid growth, it makes this role a ‘Doers’ role. As a result, you’ll be required to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. And don’t worry, you’ll be rewarded for your hard efforts.

This role reports directly to the VIC Sales Manager and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD Office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls
• Booking demos with prospects on a daily basis (Teams and face to face)
• Conducting tailored discovery in order to propose appropriate solutions
• Utilisation of Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast
• Ability to work autonomously to a regular cadence of calls and meeting sales activity
• Achieving revenue targets evaluated on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales
• Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to drive a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Training newly onboarded customers to maximise utilisation, cross sell opportunities and reducing overall churn risk

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a few years of sales experience under your belt, ideally within the B2B (and tech) space. You’ll have strong communication and problem-solving skills which will enable you to have the right conversations to then uncover the Customer’s needs and provide strong solutions. In short, you need to be resilient, ambitious and nurturing in your approach. Oh and if you’ve used Salesforce in the past, awesome – that will score you some extra points.
