About the role
The Safety Business Partner plays a crucial part in supporting the ARC business to cultivate a robust and engaged Health and Safety function. The key focus is to lead the implementation of ARCs integrated safety business model, driving critical safety processes, building a proactive and interdependent safety culture, influencing key stakeholders, and championing continuous improvement across our Victorian & Tasmanian branch network. This role offers the flexibility to be based at any of our Melbourne sites. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver work health and safety strategy in line with the ARC business model
Coach and support our branch and operational leaders across our network of 16 branches
Contribute to enhancing health and safety performance and address incident trends.
