About the Role (your why)  

GTM Manager is responsible for assisting in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning. This includes driving lead generation and customer acquisition through emerging technologies and business models, offering bold insights, and delivering customer outcomes.

What you’ll do   

GTM manager, is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Contributing to and developing a detailed understanding of Datacom Go-To-Market strategy and planning

• Working with GTM Hub, Sales and Customer to agree proactive and GTM campaign

• Orchestrating GTM planning to bring functional teams together in plan development and execution

• Contributing to the evolution of relevant GTM strategy

• Working closely with Market Research manager to use industry trends, technological shifts, and market dynamics to focus GTM plans and ensure campaigns are aligned to propositions

• Leading Sales Enablement

• Collaborating with LoBs to guide proposition features and priorities

• Facilitating customer and market testing for propositions

• Understanding the market and customer needs and utilizing that data in the proposition lifecycle

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will drive product adoption and usage among purchasing schools, manage relationships, and ensure our clients maximise the value of their subscriptions. Your efforts will preserve and grow revenue while ensuring client success.

What you will do

• Drive product adoption and usage across a portfolio of purchasing schools
• Actively manage school relationships to maximise the lifetime value of assigned accounts, ensuring client success and revenue growth
• Renewal management of owned accounts including identifying risks, invoice and subscription management
• Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with our Sales Operations team
• Manage invoices and subscriptions, ensuring unpaid invoices are addressed

• Regularly connect with teachers and key decision-makers, developing positive relationships and providing proactive support and care to schools, key contacts and heads of departments
• Keep accurate records in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date contact details and data hygiene for portfolio schools
• Ensure all classes are successfully enrolled in a timely manner
• Attend meetings and collaborate with various teams to stay informed on product developments
• Support Education Perfect platform expansion by identifying opportunities and assisting BDMs
• Use health metrics to identify at-risk schools and formulate intervention plans, including executive tasks relevant to churn mitigation and follow 'At Risk' mitigation steps

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the direct reports, ensuring that; planning, supplier impact, governance, incentives, targets, communications and contracts are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that service levels are met and results delivered. ​
• Managing the relationships with (and between) partners and suppliers, ensuring contracts and business plans are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints and ongoing service is in-line with agreed contracts. ​
• Ensure that the partners and suppliers see Datacom in the best light and understand the full capability of Datacom  ​
• Ensuring suitable collateral, business plans, contracts and sales enablement artefacts are in place. ​
• Ensuring the highest partner accreditation is achieved and maintained to achieve better margins.
