In this role you will:

• With a hands-on approach, effectively manage daily operations to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service in the hotel locality.
• Ensure teams are well-versed in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and VIP guest recognition protocols.
• Foster effective communication between departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty and room upselling are met to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure the operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of this daily function whilst maintaining customer focus.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs as needed.
• Lead comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to review procedures.
• Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the team at all levels and drive team member engagement.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.
• Monitor costs and adjust strategies to meet budget guidelines effectively.

Representing Saputo Dairy in the Independent Grocery channel working across Perth metro, both North and South with occasional travel to Geraldton. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of Saputo Dairy iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

•    Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
•    Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
•    Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
•    Driving sales results
•    Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships

• Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
• Assist with induction of new team members.
• Maintaining clean and presentable F&B outlets.
• Positively handling guest complaints.
• Be willing to assist other departments when required.

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team
• Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team.
• Take initiative to ensure all interactions with our guests are positive and productive.  
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of the General Manager/Senior Managers with a high level of customer service provided at all times.
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.  
• Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests when needed.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.
