On behalf of our client, we are advertising. Hillary’s Beach Club are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team based in Hillary’s on a fulltime basis.
Hillarys Beach Club in Hillarys is on the look out for our senior staff to begin soon at this brand new coastal venue. This venue has two major areas with a coffee kiosk takeaway outlet too. If you are looking for a coastal move and have experience as a Restaurant Manager, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
· Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant, including staff supervision and adhering to opening and closing procedures
· Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including sales, costs and profitability
· Recruit, hire, train and schedule staff and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs
· Oversee and maintain and upkeep of the restaurant’s facilities and equipment
· Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
· Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant studies plus 2 years relevant experience OR
· At least 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
