Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with day to day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, Conferencing as well as Room Service.
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Assist with induction of new team members.
- Maintaining clean and presentable F&B outlets.
- Positively handling guest complaints.
- Be willing to assist other departments when required.
