What you'll do

As the B2B Marketing Executive - Dealer, you will be key member of the team responsible for marketing our Auto, Corporate, Industry & Leisure portfolio of products and working with commercial stakeholders to help develop and execute go-to-market strategies.   

• Work closely with your team and key stakeholders to help plan the annual B2B marketing roadmap
• Help develop Customer Value Propositions (CVP) to shape product development and go-to-market plans to launch and support new initiatives
• Write briefs and work with internal design teams to develop creative to support marketing activity
• Ensure that marketing campaigns are launched across relevant owned, earned and paid media channels with appropriate messaging in line with carsales’ go-to-market framework
• Ensure that sales enablement collateral is regularly updated with the latest data & insights to enable the sales team to present to clients with confidence
• Project manage content development and execution at key industry events 
• Track marketing campaign performance and socialise results to business stakeholders

This high profile Executive Assistant role also provides broader team support to the Executive Management Team, namely the Tech & Services portfolio and the Finance & Commercial teams within Sodexo; a recognised leader in the provision of facilities management services within the mining sector, oil/gas & corporate sectors.

As the Executive Assistant you will provide proactive administrative support in an agile environment; operating with autonomy to drive the completion of tasks while aligning with a common structure across portfolios.

Supporting various members of the Country Leadership Team, this role carries responsibilities including:  

• Full administrative support; emails, memorandums, letters, reports and Power Point presentations to the Executive team
• Action, monitor, report and support Safety initiatives and audits
• Develop, construct and build key presentations and reports through liaison with key personnel
• Develop and drive consistent business deliverables and frameworks; such as yearly strategy planning, monthly updates & regional reporting
• Executive travel coordination
• Events & conference management & office function special events; including collaboration with national support offices to streamline service & events
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring cost reductions and maintaining allocated budget, coding and processing invoices
• Assist with legal, licencing tender and other confidential documentation

We are looking for a new Account Executive who will join our dedicated BizCover for Broker department who are responsible for delivering a first-class service to all brokers who are in contact with the business. The broker platform is a high-tech platform that makes insurance look easy, offers transparency and efficiency and is completely unique to the insurance industry. 

This role is responsible for strengthening existing relationships with our brokers as well carrying out administrative functions.  We need someone who is confident, hungry and can thrive in a busy environment to meet business deadlines.

Our broker platform is highly successful and has huge opportunities to grow and bring in more revenue, so you will be part of a high performing team having a direct impact on the business.  

Day to day responsibilities -

• Manage a high volume of telephone calls and email leads from both brokers (inbound/outbound) and internal consultants.
• Ensure all broker requests are managed within agreed service standards whilst also adhering to the process requirements of the business.

• Work closely with the underwriting team to find solutions for brokers who have referrals or renewals in special circumstances.
• Actively follow up / convert New Business Leads that come into the team daily
• Ensure that a high level of product, process and systems knowledge is always maintained
• Report back to the business on broker / product feedback
• Continually promote the features and benefits of BizCover for brokers platform
• Responsible for all policy maintenance, policy documentation and educating brokers in the benefits of BizCover for Brokers platform.

• Tier 1 or 2 in General Insurance Broking is desirable but not essential
• 1 to 2 years Insurance experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
• Previous experience in a similar role ie Broker Assistant, Underwriting Assistance, Senior Account Executive etc.
• Capable of working on various computer systems.
• Someone who takes initiative and is business savvy to find new ways to maximize opportunities
• High attention to detail to minimize errors
