Export Executive - Perishables
TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen suitable experienced export executives/officers with ideally experienced exporting (Air or Sea Freight) perishables products.
Our client (A global freight forwarding player) is seeking an experienced export officer to join our perishables department in Melbourne, which specialises in sea freight export operations. Your role will ensure seamless coordination of all sea freight export activities for perishable commodities, guarantee compliance with regulations, and maintain product integrity throughout the export process.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidates must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Oversee and manage the export process for perishable goods, handling documentation, shipping arrangements, and compliance with trade regulations.
Prepare export documentation accurately and promptly, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and department certificates.
Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, and the internal transport department to arrange transportation for on-time
