Primary Duties: 

• Audit store or colleague performance through physical store visits within allocated region, as well as online audits or data analysis. 
• Ensure the delivery of field or online audits in line with the targets set. 
• Communicates audit findings by completing a final survey report, discussing findings with Compliance Manager and Field Management Team. 
• To communicate effectively with Compliance Manager, Field Management, and store management teams, ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained. 
• To keep fully up to date on Asda Media and Strategic Brand Partnership implementation requirements on a weekly basis.

The Ethical Auditor will be responsible for conducting ethical audits at factories, suppliers, and other facilities to ensure compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations.
