Job Description

CPM is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Field Compliance Auditor within our Asda team. This is a permanent part-time role, requiring 8 hours between Thursday – Saturday. The responsibilities include working as part of the UK Compliance team, conducting field (store) or online audits within their allocated region to assess the media implementation within Asda stores. £14.17 per hour, accompanied by a range of benefits! 

Ideal location: Newcastle, United Kingdom, NE1 

The role is based at home, but you may have to travel for store visits/audits. 

Primary Duties: 

  • Audit store or colleague performance through physical store visits within allocated region, as well as online audits or data analysis. 
  • Ensure the delivery of field or online audits in line with the targets set. 
  • Communicates audit findings by completing a final survey report, discussing findings with Compliance Manager and Field Management Team. 
  • To communicate effectively with Compliance Manager, Field Management, and store management teams, ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained. 
  • To keep fully up to date on Asda Media and Strategic Brand Partnership implementation requirements on a weekly basis. 
  • To keep fully up to date on client businesses, objectives, and marketplace, to enable business focused discussion and proposal of proactive solutions. 
  • Drive continuous improvement.  
  • Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position. 
  • Responsible for continuous personal development, undertaking relevant training as and when appropriate. 
  • Time to time will be asked to support with other management requests.  
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager.  

Skills and knowledge needed for this role:  

  • Being well organised and possessing time management skills are key to this type of position. 
  • Excellent communication skills to meet requirements associated with contact with both CPM internal stakeholders and in store relationships. 
  • Being confident with technology, including and not limited to phones, iPads, laptops, and computer / phone applications is essential to this role. 
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, often under pressurised circumstances will ensure seamless execution at store with support from colleagues, in store contacts and the office. 
  • Being a self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.  

Ideally the successful candidate will have: 

  • Compliance / Auditor Experience  
  • Worked in a grocery environment. 

Key Information:  

  • £14.17 per hour PAYE  
  • This is a permanent part-time role, requiring 8 hours between Thursday-Saturday.   
  • You will be required to work from home. 
  • We will provide you with a company laptop and mobile phone.
