You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. The candidate will be responsible for driving organic leads, increasing traffic and brand awareness in all social media platforms of the company (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok) and help gain more followers through blog posts and newsletter sign ups.

Responsibilities

• Creates content calendar - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Knowledgeable on how to publish and schedule content as well as planning, script writing, copywriting & editing videos
• Responsible for designing graphics & capturing photos
• Brief blogs to the content team, assist with website content, Content sourcing & Provide marketing assets to other teams
• Must have the ability to keep a record KPIs on Monday.com (At the end/start of every month)

Things To Note:

• For the first 6months (during probationary period) you will be working onsite 5x a week, Will transition to hybrid arrangement after 6months (2x WFH, 3x Onsite)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Monday.com
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the marketing field
• Preferably someone with experience as an In-House Marketing Specialist/ Branding & Content but open for anyone with agency experience as well

About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals to fill a variety of Business Development roles we currently have on offer.  You will work in the Independent Grocery space and be responsible for driving Client market share and category performance through ownership of in store promotional programs and increasing store sales results through opportunity-based selling.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to:

• Merchandise our clients’ product range within Independent grocery chains within your assigned area.
• Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
• Complete seasonal planograms when required
• Sell in new products and upsell all promotions
• Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit

This opportunity will cover South Brisbane, Gold Coast, Warwick, Ipswich and surrounds. This Full time role is 38 hours per week across 5 days Monday - Friday, with a competitive salary package including superannuation. In addition, you will either be provided with a company car or alternatively a car allowance.

About the Role:

Client Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
• Generate new business opportunities with support from the Marketing team
• Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and opportunities
• Set up specific commercial actions, participate in congresses, conferences or customer meetings
• Prepare, present, and follow up on service offers, proposals, and quotes
• Negotiate contracts and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues or escalations
• Foster and manage key partnerships, including overseeing global actions for major accounts in order to set up privileged partnerships (through MSA (Master Service Agreement), prices lists, Governance plan).
