Job Description
We are seeking a well-established leader and someone who has experience in managing the supervision of staff within a complex multi-jurisdictional environment. You will be required to create and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant services, the local community, stakeholders and team members. You will work to ensure that the day to day operations of the Drug Court are in line with best practice, and that treatment and support is reflective of the most relevant and current research surrounding effective drug and alcohol intervention. About the Role:
Lead and manage a diverse team, including clinical advisors, and administrative staff
Oversee and manage the day to day operations and resources of the Drug Court, including a multidisciplinary team, assets, stakeholders, and resources
Recruit, develop, and regularly evaluate staff to enhance performance, service delivery, and professional growth
