As a Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders while driving process enhancements and delivering impactful solutions. • Risk Management: Identify, raise, and support the mitigation and resolution of risks and issues using established tools and frameworks where applicable.
• User Story Development: Create detailed user stories that articulate clear requirements and support effective project delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse team members, including Product Owners, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Engineers, to identify, capture, plan, and implement changes that drive project success.

Our product teams are the eyes and ears of Cuscal. They’re client-focused relationship managers, serving everything from business development, marketing, fraud, and customer support. They work out what clients need, so we can build it and launch it… often, in months, not years.  
 
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Disputes squad within our Shared Services team.  

Shared Services refers to the domain within our Product Division that has business ownership and accountability for the common assets and functions used within the Product Division. Shared Services is complex. As the link between other product domains, we are the business owner of over 40 applications.  

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Business Analyst will support the integration of business needs with technology solutions through analysing information, understanding the requirements of stakeholders and vendor partners to define effective solutions. 

About the Role: 

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, manage conflicts, and validate requirements.  

• Form and maintain effective relationships with third parties such as Vendors, Outsourced Partners, Business Partners and Clients  

• Organise and synthesize stakeholder information, apply analysis techniques, and ensure artefacts meet quality standards.  

• Capture, manage, and communicate requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business needs.  

• Prepare and present business analysis artefacts according to Community of Practice (COP) standards.  

• Collaborate on cost & time estimation for business analysis tasks and support Go-Live plans and activities.  

• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to support project goals and business value  

• Perform value stream mapping and user story mapping to illustrate end-to-end business processes and identify improvements. 

• Understand TDD and BDD concepts to support end-to-end quality engineering outcomes through well-defined user stories and artefacts. 

About You: 

• At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry within the Banking or Financial Services industry, payments experience highly regarded.  

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business studies or equivalent 

• Advanced presentation and communication skills  

• Proven experience in delivering results to meet customer expectations 

• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), IIBA, CBAP or BABOK qualifications.

Purpose of your role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning, servicing, retaining and growing a designated portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping and advisory users. You will be responsible for achieving new and existing revenue targets whilst ensuring there is minimum level of customer churn across the portfolio.

What you do

• Grow and manage an existing portfolio of accounting users with a focus on increasing revenue and generating new interest through referrals of both their existing client base and new accountants/advisors.
• Pro-actively engage your portfolio to communicate partner events, provide updates on product improvements, identify use cases for providing further value to these users, generate new referral opportunities for the new business team to expand and reduce churn by becoming a valuable relationship to your clients’ businesses.
• Bring experience in the relationship management of a portfolio to be able to develop a key account plan that manages growth of our top accounts vs general accounts while maintaining the balance to support both effectively.
• Provide responsive and efficient management of all inbound enquires and liaise with support, product and implementation teams to ensure a satisfactory outcome for your clients’ requests while providing user feedback/issues to assist product development and enhance our CVP of the channel.
• Actively engage and work closely with the OFX compliance, marketing, operations, sales and development/engineering teams in pursuit of achieving commercial objectives.
• Strictly adhere to the full suite of OFX credit, risk management and group policies.
